I’m Caro van den Berg a Dutch illustrator and the creative mind behind Macama. I create playful, thoughtful illustrations that combine storytelling, with charm and humor.

After studying in England, I worked as a graphic designer in advertising, collaborating with major brands both as part of a team and independently, before founding Macama. 

 

At Macama I work on a mix of commercial projects and personal commissions, always aiming to bring stories to life with a unique twist, while balancing simplicity and detail to make every project memorable.
